About Me

With nine years of administrative experience, including five years as an assistant principal and four years as a principal, I have led schools to higher performance while strengthening teacher capacity. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with research focused on parental involvement and school improvement, I bring a strategic, relational, and results-driven approach to leadership. As a National Board Certified Teacher, I have a deep understanding of effective teaching and learning, which informs how I support educators in refining their practice and achieving their full potential.

Through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning experiences, I help emerging and aspiring leaders build strong school cultures, refine instructional practices, and navigate leadership challenges with clarity and confidence. My work focuses on growing educator influence, developing leadership skills, and creating sustainable systems that drive lasting success.

The following experiences and recognitions have shaped my ability to provide thoughtful, high-quality guidance and professional development to school leaders across diverse contexts. I am a National Board Certified Teacher since 2017, which gives me a deep understanding of effective teaching and learning. As a NAESP Certified Mentor, I support emerging principals in building strong school culture and leadership skills. As an MDTESOL mentor, I guide educators in supporting multilingual learners. I serve as an MSDE expert reviewer, evaluating school improvement plans to ensure rigorous and equitable practices. In 2023, I was recognized by NAESP as a Connected School Leader for my work in fostering collaboration and innovation among school leaders. I also serve on the AIB Pillar 4 Committee, contributing to initiatives that strengthen instructional leadership and student outcomes.
